Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final.

Each item sold by Rare Finds by Ery is carefully inspected and professionally authenticated prior to shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or wear expectations.

Authenticity Guarantee

In the rare event that an item is proven to be not authentic, a full refund will be issued upon verification.

Item Not as Described

If you believe your item differs materially from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Condition

All condition details are clearly listed on each product page. Minor signs of wear are expected with pre-owned items and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated.

Final Sale

All discounted items and promotional purchases are final sale.
